
Hananperu.com adheres to the following procedures as for shipping and return of goods is concerned:
Orders will be sent to the specified address, the next working day after the receipt of the client’s order.
All shippings , either national or international, are sent via Peru’s Serpost services on a traditional parcel post basis. Delivery charges are included in all of our goods’ prices and they are only valid for USA and Canada. For other countries, shipping and handling costs will be separately charged according with the country of destination.
If the order was rejected or ignored by the client, courier service will contact client in order to coordinate the date of delivery, keeping the good in the place of destination during three days; in that moment, procedures to send back, or return goods, to our commercial office will be done. If the client requested again the delivery of the good, he will be covering all expenses incurred by this new shipping ( Courier’s charges).
About Returns
Returns will be accepted in the following cases:
Defective goods
If the order was not what the client originally requested in his order. In these cases, he has a 7 days deadline in order to return the goods to our offices. Courier’s charges will be at the expense of Hananperu.com.
The product should be in perfect conditions with no signs of having being worn. Once the product is received and verified that it meets the above mentioned condition, Hananperu.com will send, without cost, the replacement of the requested product, or otherwise refund the total amount of the product based in the payment option chosen by client.
In any case, return of defective and unwanted products will only be accepted and Hananperu.com will cover shipping charges if and when this is informed to us in a 48 hours deadline after he received his product.
If the requested product did not reach your home address in spite of Hananperu.com having sent it to you, the loss will be covered by the insurance at the expense of Courier’s service.
Changes
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a change for another product having similar price or same characteristics, if and when you report us this within the next 12 hours upon receipt of your order.
Expenses incurred in this new shipping will be covered by the client.
In order to guarantee the right receipt of your order, you should sign an acknowledgement receipt stating that you have received your product in good conditions.
Refundings
Our products in stock are limited and their appearance in our website does not imply immediate availability. In case that we do not have some of the products requested or your entire order, Hananperu.com will contact the client to inform him about this lack of stock or, otherwise will state a new delivery date for his entire order.
If we were not able to provide you with one or all of the products requested, we GUARANTEE YOU THE ENTIRE REFUNDING of your purchase’s value even though your account has been debited.
In case the purchase had been carried out by credit card, we make notice that though the refunding operation is carried out as soon as the client is notified, in occasions the set off will be just shown in your next credit card statement of account.
Likewise, Hananaperu.com is expressly subjected to the mediation of the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), in Lima, Peru, where its decisions are definitive and can not be appealed.
If the judiciary channel were chosen, without using the administrative channel provided by Indecopi in order to solve claims in dispute, both parties are subjected to the Peruvian Laws and Judges’ decisions made in Lima, Peru.
